today was the first day i came home past midnight here.
honestly, it's pretty scary considering that where i'm staying iz pretty isolated in the sense that it's quiet during the night. but den again, turns out it's not that scary afterall (:
safe and sound (:
rae had her house warming tonight, which explained why i was out til late. i love her place alot (: and this was the first time i played wii (: to tink that i keep hearing people talking about wii and how fun it iz, i never actually experienced it myself. and i have to say, it's really very fun. jun, denise and i were like screaming our heads off (: now all of us are gonna have sore throats tmr :D
time flies by when you're having loads of fun. i didnt notice that it was almost 11pm x) when we left, we walked past an ice cream stall that sold nice gelato :p according to jun since that was her territory during the past 5months. so yeah, we gave in. my first indulgence in ice cream since i touched down in aussie. and i'd say, it's deliciously sinful indulgence in the middle of the night (:
trammed home.
and weird things happen on trams :p
there was this bunch of guys who were strangers and yet in an instance turned friends because they're from america x) but i tink they're slightly tipsy. this one guy actually approached jun and i to talk. haha it was funny and weird that we had to entertain him. mentioning that we've got boyfriends definitely diverted his attention. (even if we were not, we'll lie to get ourselves outta that situation).
sometimes it does feel good that a stranger comes up to you because they find you attractive.
but anyway,
it's illegal to bring a blade around even if it's for self defence.
and i couldnt find pepper sprays on sale in supermarkets and all.
so i brought my only harmless but useful weapon (: my deo (:
juz as a deterence.
there was no need for it at all (:
so yupp, fun night (:
